In our office we offer legal immigration services by  experts in the field and with years of experience.

Since 2001, we have advised both companies and individuals, accompanying them throughout the process until they obtain residence or nationality.

We present the files to the corresponding agencies and we strive to achieve our goal in the most effective and beneficial way for the client.

As a result of this, our firm has obtained important rulings on resources regarding visa refusals, residences due to roots, residence renewals, denial of requests for residence of a family member and nationalities.

As specialists in the field, we assess and submit the files to the corresponding administrations, we make claims on behalf of our clients both administratively and before the courts, analyzing their case as experts. Always giving personal treatment to each of our clients, putting us in their place and studying each case in a unique way.

For years we have collaborated with the City Council of Barcelona advising on the new residents of the district of Horta Guinardó, non-profit organizations that help foreigners. At present, we collaborate advising the City Council of Sant Celoni and the Foundation Temps i Compromís. We have collaborated in UAB conferences in order to help foreigners, and we have trained in foreigners rights to the College of Social Graduates.

Likewise, Eva Canut is an Adviser on the right of foreigners of the Catalan employers association CECOT since 2005.
